Motivation to pursue NIAT certification
“During my college years, our professor encouraged us to take the CAT® Level 1 exam. After passing, it became one of my key credentials when applying for jobs as a fresh graduate. I received two job offers and and I chose to pursue an opportunity at Megaworld Corporation, a well-known and leading real estate company in the Philippines, as an Accounts Payable Associate in the Records and Reports Section under the Finance Division.
A few months into the role, I realized how essential accounting knowledge is in my work. This motivated me to take the CAT® Level 2 exam last January 2025 to expand my expertise, apply it to my responsibilities, and continuously strive to become better in my profession. After a year of growth in the corporate world, I am now motivated to pursue CAT® Level 3 this coming December 2025 as part of my commitment to continuous learning and improvement.”
